Those who prefer to explore on foot can wander the scenic trails at Montnegre Nature Park, which is surrounded by lush flora and fauna and captivating hill vistas. Adventurous travellers looking for an adrenaline rush can traverse the trails on a mountain bike.

Step back in time at Santa Susanna’s famous watchtowers, including the well-preserved Galter Mas Tower, Torre de Can Rates and Torre Montagut. You can also see castles and ancient churches in the town’s medieval centre, such as the old chapel Capilla de Santa Susanna.

If you’re travelling with the kids, take a 25-minute drive to Water World for a day of enthralling rides. The family-friendly aqua park has high-speed slides, a pitch-black tunnel chute and a splash park with pint-size pools and slides for the little ones.

Getting around

Buses and trains connect Santa Susanna with Barcelona, while the city centre can be explored on foot or bicycle. Taxis and cars are the most convenient modes of transportation to travel further afield.
