Experience was great. Staff was great and i appreciated the upgrade for those of us in the Military serving for our Country.

clean great atmosphere and friendly staff
everything was great had an amazing time
not the greatest
Parking lot is filthy. The AC was not working correctly and tubs in restroom are too high which make it difficult to enter and exit the shower. There is no hand rail to hold on to and my husband slipped and nearly fell. He did bang and bruise his knee.
Numerous in-hotel attractions
Stratosphere is a great hotel with numerous kinds of entertainment. My husband and I celebrated my 25th birthday at the Top of the World restaurant, which is located at the top of the tower, and it was the most romantic dinner in my life. It's the best spot in Vegas to enjoy the night cityscape. Stratosphere is iconic, but at the same time affordable hotel in Las Vegas, It was a pleasure to stay there. The only problem is that hotel is located in tvery beginning of Las Vegas blvb. So, if you want to see Bellagio fountain or New York New York attractions, be ready for a extreemely long walk or better use Uber.

The beds were comfortable and the hotel regularly offers great deals (though be aware that the fee per night does not include the resort fee - for me it was around $30/night. Also, the bar at the top of the tower offers great views and has excellent happy hour deals. The room I stayed in (standard) needs an update and more detailed cleaning. The ac unit was taped to the wall and still falling off slightly. I also noticed things like a lighter on the carpet near one of the beds which suggests a less than thorough cleaning. The lights also flickered and the bathroom light turned on a very loud fan. Additionally, the bathroom fixtures were quite old, even the shower curtain could use an update as it was a thick plastic that I hope was always the cream color it is today.
Best view on Las Vegas!
Stratosphere Hotel in Las Vegas is an attraction itself! Stratosphere Tower is the tallest free-standing observation tower in the U.S. with 2 roller coaster which is the best part of this hotel. If you like an adrenaline, this is the coolest place in LV where you will feel like on top of the world! I was lucky to be staying at the Stratosphere Hotel so every day I would go on the top of the Tower to watch the sunset. The view of the city is magnificent and the best part is you can have a dinner at the restaurant which rotates as you dine. Be sure to make a reservation at the restaurant! The rooms were nice but nothing fancy. The hotel has a big casino as well. The Hotel is quite cheap as well so I would say it was a great value for money. I think the Hotel should provide its guest at least one complimentary ride on the roller coasters. Also, the location of the hotel is a bit out of the famous Strip.
you get your money's worth
We stayed on a Sunday off-peak season and it is very affordable. Rooms and sheets are clean and the pillows and blankets smelled fresh. However, the carpet is not that clean, in fact we stayed in a non-smoking room but the smell of the smoke is prevalent. They could do a regular carpet cleaning especially for non-smoking rooms.
clean good shows on property. roof top pool
Felt right at home. The valet parking was excellent. Crap dealers could be alot better. I'm comparing to their accuracy and watching for your bets.
annoying location, excellent facilities
not the best location, but facilities made up for it. great view of the Strip from the top
