This was a great hotel and fabulous value for money! Decorated in a very quaint and funky way, it is a very old building but felt very cool and contemporary at the same time. Great location, highly recommended!San Francisco is an expensive city, so we were pleased this hotel was cheaper than a private room in a hostel. It had a shared shower and bathroom but they were so close to our room we really weren't bothered. Just a nice place to lay your head. Reception also gave us discount card for two bike rental places. Near two big super markets (Safeway and Trader Joes) for supplies. We couldn't have been more thrilled with our choice of hotel. Made some great memories in this beautiful city. I recommend the rooms on outside walls so that there is a window (otherwise it's a bit claustrophobic)
